If for any reason you are not happy with your order, I offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original new condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please take a continuous (no edit) unboxing video which can be used as proof in case of damaged or defective item. Damaged items without an unboxing video are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

The time needed to process 1 item is 7-12 working days unless the item is ready made which in case it will be dispatched within 3 days. .

Your item will be shipped using express service by POS Indonesia International (DHL partner) with estimated arrival of 3 to 10 working days.

You will get a tracking number to track your order.

Orders that are completed more than 1 hour after payment has been received cannot be cancelled.
